CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the price of your scheduled service.
Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the price of your scheduled service. Please note if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, that is considered a No-Show.
Thank you for rescheduling with proper notice to accommodate another service being booked.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT
It is my desire that any client leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on their consultation.
If you are not pleased with your service results, please reach out directly via email within one week of your service date so we can discuss and potentially schedule a time for adjustment.
Please note there is a 1 week period for haircut adjustments. Beyond that time, it is at my discretion whether an addition fee will be added.
