All appointments are booked, rescheduled or cancelled directly through your stylist or by using their secure online booking site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Each Stylist has their own cancellation policy. Please visit your Stylist’s page to view their policy and contact them directly should you have any questions.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

It is our desire that any client leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on their consultation. 

If you are not pleased with your service results, please reach out to your stylist directly via email within one week of your service date so we can discuss and potentially schedule a time for adjustment.

Please note there is a 1 week period for haircut adjustments. Beyond that time, it is at the stylist’s discretion whether an addition fee will be added.
